📍如需更改取貨日期或時間，請最少於原定時間 24 小時前通知，本公司只接受與原定日期相差不多於 1 日的更改安排。
【送貨安排】
運費以第三方貨運服務（例如 Lalamove／GOGOVAN）之即日報價及送貨地點為準，費用由客人於收貨時直接支付予司機。

For same‑day orders, please place and settle payment by 3:00 pm.
All orders are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. BOOX will contact you via WhatsApp / Instagram / email within 12 hours to confirm order details and delivery arrangements. If, for any reason attributable to BOOX, delivery cannot be arranged, a full refund will be provided.
If you wish to amend the pickup / delivery date or time, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. The new date should be no more than one day earlier or later than the original date.
【Delivery】
Delivery charges are based on real‑time quotations from third‑party couriers (e.g. Lalamove / GOGOVAN) and the delivery location. The delivery fee is to be paid directly by the customer to the driver.
